Biographs:

CHIA KUO HUA is a Professor at the Department of Sports Sciences University of Taipei, Taipei, Taiwan. He is now Dean, College of Kinesiology University of Taipei, Taipei, Taiwan.

He earned his Ph.D. in interdisciplinary: Exercise Physiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Texas at Austin, 1991-1997.

The course he responsible for at The PETE for Elementary School program is: Sport Nutrition.
