Biographs:
Dr. Lordinio A. Vergara is currently the Vice-President for University Relations and Advancement and concurrent Executive Director and Provost of the North Luzon Campus of the Philippine Normal University. Prior to his appointment as Vice-President he served as Director of the Instititue of Physical Education, Health, Recreation, Dance, and Sports and Head of the Center for Culture and Sports Development of the same university. He holds the degrees Doktor Pendidikan Olahraga at the Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia in 2019, Master of Arts in Sports and Recreation Management and Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Physical Education CUM LAUDE both obtained from the Philippine Normal University in 1997 and 2004 respectively. At present he serves as Technical Committee Member for Physical Education and Sports and Wellness Management of the Commission on Higher Education who is in-charge of the development of Policies and Standards for the Physical Education Teacher Education Program in the country. He also served as Consultant, Curriculum Writer, and Trainer of the Department of Education K-12 Physical Education Curriculum.
